Training and certifying operators on all lifting equipment to the highest industry standards.
Intelligent lifting solution for controlled and precision lifting on demanding sites. Gives operators greater accuracy and confidence on every lift.
For moving and removing loads that need to be carried with stability, it offers a wide range of lifting beams. Straight, spreader and adjustable beams for a wide range of lifting operations.
For the ability to lift in a horizontal position, lift underneath obstacles and insertion lifts. Specialist beams for obstructed access and offset lifting requirements.
High-capacity vacuum lifting systems for panels, facades, glass and concrete. Suited to modular components and other delicate or awkward loads on site.
The ability to lift in and out of structures where an upper floor exists. Particularly useful for formwork and tables, and for lifting loads under bridges.
A balancer gives the ability to control the centre of gravity, precisely below the crane hook. It allows loads to be straightened, tilted or rotated by remote control.
At MDM Lifting Solutions, we don’t just supply equipment – we help teams lift safer, smarter and with more control, utilising the latest innovative equipment available today.
We start with the customer and their challenges and work backwards to meet their needs and work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust.
We think “long-term” and will not sacrifice long term value for short-term results. We act on behalf of your needs, results, and goals. We aim to raise standards with each engagement with our customers and willingly move our customers throughout each step of the process of procuring our products and services.
We take your values, goals, needs seriously and stay connected to the details and focus on the key inputs of our clients and deliver them in a timely manner.

To bring innovative, safe and efficient lifting solutions to the industry by providing equipment and engineered solutions that genuinely improves how lifting is carried out.
Our focus is on reducing risk, increasing control, productivity and removing unnecessary manual handling. By introducing proven technology, engineering and specialist systems, we help project teams work more confidently, minimise downtime and keep programmes moving safely.
To bring innovative, safe and efficient lifting solutions to the industry – equipment that reduces risk, improves control and keeps projects moving.
To have a workplace where every individual has the knowledge, confidence, equipment and support to lift safely and efficiently. A future where every lift is safe, every worker is protected and eliminating unnecessary and avoidable risk.
We believe the future of lifting lies in greater control, better planning and smarter use of technology, whilst keeping people safe.
Our vision is a lifting environment where teams rely less on guesswork and physical intervention, and more on precision systems that improve safety, accuracy and productivity.
As construction methods continue to evolve, lifting solutions must evolve with them, and we aim to stay at the forefront of that change.
We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” solution. Instead we identify and develop a solution. We have a close collaborative approach with all of our clients to gain a clear understanding of their unique challenges. We tailor our approach with engineering and selecting the appropriate equipment, whilst providing clear guidance, on site support and training to ensure the safe and effective use of equipment.
Our approach is interactive, responsive and rooted in real site experience.
We work closely with contractors, crane companies, appointed persons and project managers to understand the specific challenges of each lift.
Rather than offering off-the-shelf answers, we focus on selecting or engineering the right solution for the challenges ahead , providing clear advice, on-site support where needed, and training to ensure equipment is used safely and effectively.
We support construction, civil engineering, industrial, renewables, datacentres, petro-chem, offshore and nuclear projects across the UK and Europe with specialist lifting equipment and engineered solutions. From day to day or precision, complex lifts on tight urban sites to large-scale infrastructure and modular installations, our products help teams work safer and with more control.

MDM Lifting Solutions supported the introduction of the Vita Load Navigator on the Penrith Stadium project for one of our partners.
The system was brought in to improve lifting control and productivity during stadium construction works. By moving away from traditional tagline methods and using the VLN, the team increased lifting output from around 8 lifts per day to 11–13 lifts on a single crane.
This resulted in a reported 40% increase in production, helping improve control, reduce manual intervention and keep works moving more efficiently and safer on site.
System used: Vita Load Navigator
Result: 40% increase in production

One of our clients was involved in the construction of one of the largest data centres in Europe and was facing delays against the programme.
Following the introduction of the Vita Load Navigator on site, the team were able to improve lifting operations and begin catching up on programme delivery.

MDM Lifting Solutions supported a recent offshore wind blade bearing exchange campaign, working alongside clients RWE and TWE.
Using the Vita Load Navigator system, the project team increased the operational wind-off speed from 8m/s to 11m/s. This allowed work to continue in more challenging conditions and contributed to the project being completed ahead of schedule.

MDM Lifting Solutions supplied several Vita Load Navigator (VLN) units to support works on HS2, one of the largest civil engineering projects in Europe.
The systems were used in shafts and across other parts of the project where controlled load handling and positioning formed part of the lifting operation.

MDM Lifting Solutions supplied Vita Load Navigators (VLNs) to a partner in Sweden working on 200m towers.
At this height, weather conditions created additional challenges during lifting operations. By implementing the VLN system, the team were able to improve load control and placement accuracy during installation.

MDM Lifting Solutions supported a project at Television House by delivering a bespoke lifting solution for our client, Decomo.
The project required a tailored approach due to the close proximity of the rail line. To support the lifting operation, MDM combined a Vita Load Navigator (VLN) with a cantilever beam system to help improve control and positioning during installation.

Honest feedback from the people we work with real feedback from contractors, lifting teams and project managers who trust our equipment on their sites. Their words reflect the value our solutions bring to day-to-day operations.

“The Navigator took all the stress out of the lift.
We had strong winds on the day, but the load stayed steady and the team stayed well out of
the danger zone.”
It’s the safest setup we’ve used on this project.
- Steven R.
Appointed Person, Civil Engineering Contractor

“The kit arrived exactly when we needed it and worked flawlessly.
The beams and vacuum unit made the façade install cleaner, quicker and far more
controlled.”
Reliable gear makes all the difference on tight sites.
- Laura P.

- James T.
Crane Supervisor, Renewables
We help contractors, lifting teams and project managers choose the right equipment for their site conditions. If you’re unsure which system fits your lift, we’re here to point you in the right direction.
The Navigator improves control in wind, confined spaces and tight urban sites. It reduces manual handling and stabilises loads that would normally require tag lines.
Yes. Every deployment includes operator training and certification so teams can use the system safely and confidently.
We provide lifting beams, cantilever beams, vacuum units, C-hooks, forks and a range of specialist attachments through our European and US partners.
Yes. If standard equipment doesn’t suit the load or site constraints, we can engineer a tailored solution.
We aim to visit UK sites within 24 hours where possible. For European projects, availability depends on location and scope.
Most specialist equipment is available for hire or purchase. Certain systems, like the Navigator, are typically deployed with training and project support.
