We support construction, civil engineering and renewable projects across the UK and Europe with specialist lifting equipment and engineered solutions. From precision lifts on tight urban sites to large-scale infrastructure and modular installations, our products help teams work safer and with more control.

MDM Lifting Solutions supported the introduction of the Vita Load Navigator on the Penrith Stadium project for one of our partners.
The system was brought in to improve lifting control and productivity during stadium construction works. By moving away from traditional tagline methods and using the VLN, the team increased lifting output from around 8 lifts per day to 11–13 lifts on a single crane.
This resulted in a reported 40% increase in production, helping improve control, reduce manual intervention and keep works moving more efficiently and safer on site.
System used: Vita Load Navigator
Result: 40% increase in production

One of our clients was involved in the construction of one of the largest data centres in Europe and was facing delays against the programme.
Following the introduction of the Vita Load Navigator on site, the team were able to improve lifting operations and begin catching up on programme delivery.

MDM Lifting Solutions supported a recent offshore wind blade bearing exchange campaign, working alongside clients RWE and TWE.
Using the Vita Load Navigator system, the project team increased the operational wind-off speed from 8m/s to 11m/s. This allowed work to continue in more challenging conditions and contributed to the project being completed ahead of schedule.

MDM Lifting Solutions supplied several Vita Load Navigator (VLN) units to support works on HS2, one of the largest civil engineering projects in Europe.
The systems were used in shafts and across other parts of the project where controlled load handling and positioning formed part of the lifting operation.

MDM Lifting Solutions supplied Vita Load Navigators (VLNs) to a partner in Sweden working on 200m towers.
At this height, weather conditions created additional challenges during lifting operations. By implementing the VLN system, the team were able to improve load control and placement accuracy during installation.

MDM Lifting Solutions supported a project at Television House by delivering a bespoke lifting solution for our client, Decomo.
The project required a tailored approach due to the close proximity of the rail line. To support the lifting operation, MDM combined a Vita Load Navigator (VLN) with a cantilever beam system to help improve control and positioning during installation.
